Forest Hills Golf Course is a nine-hole, par-36 course. This regulation-length layout was designed by Jack Kidwell, a familiar name in central Ohio. Kidwell grew up in the area and designed many of the state's courses. The course rolls across gentle hills but it is surprisingly easy to walk. The layout features narrow fairways and small greens that require some accuracy but overall it is a player-friendly course. There aren't any water hazards and only a few bunkers come into play. It provides some good practice for beginners but it also provides a quick, casual round for more advanced players that is still satisfying. The par-5 eighth hole is one of Forest Hills Golf Course's most memorable. This tricky hole requires a tee shot up a narrow dogleg left fairway.
