Designed by Donald Ross in 1924, Granville Golf Course has a classic design that deftly utilizes the natural landscape of rolling hills covered with forests. The layout is fair and not overly challenging, providing an enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. The elevated, undulating greens and dramatic elevation changes are the course's trademarks. There are also strategically placed bunkers throughout that present further challenges. The golf course finishes with its signature hole, a par 4 that is easily the most dramatic of any on the layout. The hole is known for the 125-foot drop from the tee to the fairway, after which a second shot to a small, two-tiered green is required. In addition to the golf course, Granville offers extensive practice facilities including a driving range, short game area, and putting green.
