The Landings at Rickenbacker Golf Club is an 18-hole layout that is still a relatively well kept secret, making it easier to book a tee times during busy hours that have been taken up by leagues. It is not the most scenic or challenging golf course in Ohio but it is a solid layout that is an enjoyable and casual round for players of all skill levels. There are still a fair number of challenges to keep the course interesting though. The firm greens don't hold balls easily and the fairways are generous, but they are often flanked by water hazards. There are also several strategically placed bunkers coming into play throughout. Water comes into play most notably on the finishing hole. This par 4 requires a difficult carry past a meandering stream.
