Timberview Golf Club
About
Timberview Golf Club rolls across a diverse landscape that is ideal for a challenging round. The rolling terrain is covered with mature trees, ponds, and creeks. There is a housing development surrounding the golf course, but the houses do not intrude into the game. The layout features seven holes that were carefully carved from the dense forests and fourteen holes with water hazards coming into play. The course has a good balance of player-friendly holes and more challenging holes. The wide fairways are well manicured and the undulating greens are medium in size. In addition to the water and trees, sand fiercely guards the greens on half of the holes. The layout is still gentle enough to appeal to beginners. Timberview also offers two practice putting greens.

Course not in good shape
The fairways were not cut down, I lost 3 balls in the first 4 holes. There were no markers on the tee box to identify where to tee off from, and the greens were dirt, the ball was too bumpy rolling. Will not play there again. There are too many coursed to choose from in tje Marysville area. Better care needs to be taken of the course.
Worst experience in golf
Horrible clientele, rude and not friendly. The course was the worst conditioned course I’ve ever played. Only payd 20 to ride 18 and it still wasn’t worth it
Unforgiving
It is really target golf. The whole course was loaded with hazards. Miss your shot and you likely will lose your ball. Impressive course design, but run down and no longer attractive visually. The cart was ridiculous. After every stop it felt like it was dead. You had to turn it off and on and hit the gas over and over before it would restart. Many times I had to rock it back and forth and almost push start it before it would start. It's a challenging course and if you want to attempt it, bring plenty of balls!
Wouldn’t play here again
Out of carts. Overbooked. Course unmarked, tee boxes a mess, greens awful. I paid $10 for all you can play and I feel like that was too much. 9 holes was all I could stand. I think the course is in need of a complete overhaul.
Downhill plunge in 10 years ! They don’t care either !
Played this course since it’s beginning - First 15 years , they cared ! Old guy at Pro Shop greeted me with “ don’t have any friends to play with ? “ - since I planned practice shots 9 holes alone. Mr. Personality should retire - SOON ! These people are lazy - fairways not cut, rough is abominable - you can’t find the ball anywhere - 10 yards from green ! No tee markers on several holes . There is dirt in middle of many greens , instead of grass. No starter to be found on Saturday at noon - they don’t group onesy’s - just fire them off like peashooter . Slowest 9 holes in 3 years anywhere. Do Marysville & Golfers a favor - sell this course , quit , or just give up and walk away - You guys give golf a bad name ! In spite of their mess - I shot even par 9 holes - still like the layout - give ME the course , cause I grew up in Akron where such abortion courses don’t exist.
Timberview
Not as good as it once was but still very good for the money. Spring probably better less leaves
Bad
So many bad things to say about this place. My buddy and I played this course to try a different course. We both lost a bunch of balls when we rarely have that issue. Our cart felt like it was going to die the whole time. The greens had many giant bare spots which made putting a train wreck. None of the tees indicated where to hit from and barely any of the holes even said what hole you were even on. This was by far the worst golf course I’ve ever played. Pay extra and go elsewhere.
