Marysville Golf Club
About
Marysville Golf Club has been one of the most popular public golfing options in the area since it opened as a nine-hole course in 1932. A second nine was added in the 70s, completing the layout as it exists today. Save for a few mild undulations the course is mostly flat, providing an enjoyable walk. The fast bentgrass greens provide a good opportunity to use your short game skills. There are a few small ponds that come into play as well as a meandering stream. While there isn't a plentiful amount of bunkers there are enough strategically placed throughout to provide a fair challenge. Marysville Golf Club is not overly difficult but the versatile layout has a playability that will appeal to players of all skill levels.

Hard to beat price for this nice of a course!
Marysville Golf Club was in very good shape. Nothing aerated yet, so greens were nice (a little slow from the recent rain). Looks great tee to green. Price just can't be beat for this nice of a course.
Nice layout
Waited on every shot. Of the foursome in our immediate front two should not have been on a course at all and they were waiting on at least two groups to their front. Don’t know where the holdup was but it ruined the day. Fairways were plugged but that is necessary maintenance. Some bunkers seemed to be left to nature and not sanded
Good for price
It was a decent course for $39 dollars but they sent me out in the middle of an outing. It was chaos all day around the first tee from what I can see. The staff was great. Would recommend to anyone if they could figure out the tee sheet.
Love this course
Was looking for a tee-time near my house, and this is the first course that I check. Fairways were excellent and greens were in excellent shape as well. Love this course.
Great value
Great value and pace of play. Played with a threesome(picked up a 4th on last hole) and finished 18 in 3:45. Greens were in good shape. Not an upper level course but great for the money.
Attractive course, tremendous value.
Love playing here. Challenging setup and well maintained. The staff is all about hospitality, great people!
Fun course!!!
I've played this course twice now and it is a fun course. Condition is good, but the tee boxes could be better.
Course not in good shape
Too much rain from night before, only played 3 holes, too much standing water, too soppy for play, understand car5 path only!
Needs work
The golf course conditions were not good. The greens were agonizingly slow. The fairways were shaggy and some had standing water. Bunkers were either nothing but mud or filled with water.. The pace of play was so bad, we quit after nine holes, even though we paid full-price for 18. I'm no golf snob, but their website clearly says players need to wear collared shirts. The better of those playing that didn't wear collared shirts wore t-shirts. The worst offenders wore basketball shorts and sleeveless jerseys. The course is what we would call a "hardhat" course. Our group was almost hit from wayward teeshots on three separate occasions. If one doesn't respect the game and the course enough to follow dress code,, there is no way you respect other players enough to learn how to hit the ball. Other than Jessica behind the bar, who was very nice, and the two other guys we were paired with, this was not a good experience.
