Raymond Memorial Golf Course
About
Raymond Memorial Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, is a rare find, which includes twin par-3 holes. Each par-3 hole is actually two parallel holes, complete with tees, fairways and greens. The idea behind this feature was to allow play to move at a more reasonable pace by allowing the faster players to advance ahead of the slower foursomes.
From the blue tees, this course plays to 6,864 yards, with a rating of 72.8 and a slope of 121. The large and contoured greens are raised and sloped from back to front. Sand bunkers protect the front side of all 18 holes.

Today is our first game played in Ohio, because we bought a new club, we still needed to get used to it. The front nine holes of this course are easier than the back nine holes. There are several creeks in the back nine holes, which is more interesting. All in all, we think it's worth and will do it again
Solid course for the Columbus city area.
Good conditions, and well kept. For a city course it is great.

I think the course is in great shape. I enjoyed the round today. The course has nice greens.
Fall Play all day
This is the ;4th city course of Columbus I’ve played and have been impressed with all for the money. Wide open fairways give way to some challenging bunkers. Make sure you eat there if you like German they have Schmidt’s. An institution in this city I will come back.
Cart Availability
GolfNow said cart Availability for the selected time. Drove all the way to the course to find out it was walking only. Staff was rude as well. Horrible experience.
GREAT FOR THE PRICE
The course is well managed. There are some holes under repair, but they have created new holes in their place. The staff is friendly, and the regulars Were very nice. The greens are very challenging .
Nice course
Mostly open, with pretty wide fairways. Nice layout. Pretty long. Some bare spots, but it’s July in Ohio so that’s par for almost any course. Overall, a very nice round for a great GolfNow price. I’ll definitely play there again.
Decent Shape
Course was in decent conditions. A few sprinklers running throughout the course. Ultimately a nice place to play. Don’t forget to buy Schmidt’s food before, during or after your round.
Raymond Memorial July 2020
Nice track, good shape, great location. Pace got sluggish at times but not horrible.
Love this track
A really nice public course and good value for the money
