Nice fall day
Fun course. Very well kept. It'll be my first stop in the spring.
Pristine is the word
The greenskeepers here are outstanding, I give it 5 stars not for design or difficulty, but for getting every detail as perfect as possible.
The semi-private status coupled with a golf-now super price allows a frugal golfer the experience of playing a topographically flat version of Scioto Country Club,
The greens are the key feature. They were true and nuanced on a cold October day. I imagine that they could be as difficult as next-door Muirfield's if the keepers wanted them to be.
This course is a Columbus treasure, I can't wait to play it again.
Wanna to get back to shoot a better score!
Played this course in October and it was in fine shape. Fairways were nice and the greens rolled pretty good. I will definitely be returning for another round next season.
Great course at a great value!
One of the best courses I've played all year! The course was in great shape even this late in the season! The greens were true and fast! A MUST PLAY!
check this off the Central Ohio Bucket list
Great fall golf value and course was in good shape.
This course was in good condition. Great hazards
This course was in great condition. The greens where super maintained. Geat value for money.
Greens in good shape for October
Challenging even from the white tees, gotta make your putts.
Good Course for Bad Weather
I played this course after three days of very hard rain and it was about 50 degrees. Overall, I was very impressed with how well the course had drained and played in those wet conditions. It was cart path only, but the greens were in great shape. The course is obviously cared for and well-maintained. The clubhouse and pro shop are not very high end, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the weather our group played fast, but I would love to play this course again in better conditions. It's a great place to pay for the money.
This course has great features.
Their greens are some of the best in the area. This is one of my favorite courses in Ohio.
Excellent
The greens and fairways and tees and rough. Even the tee boxes on par 3s were in prestine condition.
Play this course if you can before it's too late!!!!
I'm a big fan of old mature courses with very few houses and mature tree lined fairways. Riviera fits that description and my eye. Really enjoyed playing here and hope to play again soon. Greens were in perfect shape and fairways were the same. When we played there wasn't a grass clipping out of place, it was in that good of shape! Good course and highly reccommended.
Great atmosphere. Challenging greens!!
A great experience from beginning to end. We played on a Friday morning for $39. Can't beat it!!
Greens are fast, rough is wiry, mature trees. Pretty straight forward.
Course was good, but we had a slow moving 5-some in front of us (a 2-some). We had to skip a hole to get by them.
Because it is semi-private, there is no course diagram on score card, so it takes some time to figure distance and the presence of water.
Great course that doesn't get much publicity
The course is a hidden gem in Columbus. I hadn't even heard of it before. I will definitely go back. They could use either a map of the holes or numbers on the tee boxes. We had members in front of us so we just followed them.
The course was in good shape.
The course was nice. The greens were quick but in good shape. The sand traps were in great condition. Pace of play was ok.
Country Club Atmosphere at a Reasonable Price
Excellent course layout with plenty of trees, bunkers and thick rough. There is a little water too. Greens are fast and true although they were aerated recently. Course plays 6500 from the whit, 6800 from the blues and over 7000 from the tips. There is a challenge out there for any level of golfer. One of the better courses in the Columbus area.
Great course, tough for beginners and not well marked for visitors
Nice location, generally quite flat course which is mature and in beautiful shape. Greens were just aerated when i played but still ran true - will be really fast in good conditions!
Pro shop staff were friendly and helpful.
I thought the course was in great shape generally, playing behind groups with poor players was not fun as it is a VERY challenging course and took forever until I jumped a hole. No marshalling, no course indicators or maps but as a private club (previously) they did not need it I suppose.
Overall spectacular golf experience for the money.
Greens were plugged and was charged more than promised
Appears to have been a real nice course, but it was a little beaten up today. We were guaranteed $34 through golf now but was charged $40 a piece when we arrived. It always is disappointing when there was no warning to the fact that the greens were just aerated.
Not as nice as it was when it was totally private BUT well above the better run public courses. Great, fast greens and solid layout.

Best Private Course Northwest Columbus
This is my favorite course in the Northwest Columbus area. The value for the price is great. The only complaint I have is the pace of play. There is a started out there now to try to promote faster play, but since the course is challenging the rounds are longer. Greens are usually in excellent shape, except for when people don't fix their ball marks.
