Absolutely the best greens in the area.
Fun golf course to play, not tricked up like some in Central Ohio.
Coures is in great shape, staff was awesome
I've played this course a few times and this time was the best. The Pro was great to talk with and the staff/cart managers/starter were very professional and polite.
Really nice course!
Greens are in great shape and was a beautiful course. Make sure you stay below the hole.
Great Value
Loved playing this course. Fairways are perfect and the greens are really fast, which I prefer. You have to stay in the fairway because the rough is thick and challenging. Lastly, we were done in under 4 hours! Totally enjoyed my round, and for $40 it was a great deal! Can't wait to play Riviera again.
greens were a delight to putt. They were firm but held shots.
Course was in great shape. No ground under repair. Ponds were clean. Nicely stocked pro shop. Made sure my concerns were met.
The course plays long from the tips, great greens, tree-lined fairways.
Great value for the cost - 29 dollars. There was a league in front of us but pace of play was ok. After we completed first 9 it was clear sailing for the 2nd 9 and we played in no time.
Keep it below the hole!
I always enjoy playing the RIv!! The greens were in fantastic shape. Very fast and true. The rest of the course was in great shape as well. Play this one if you get a chance,
Only problem was pace of play on weekends.
Great course, well maintained. Very challenging; tall rough, super fast greens but I loved it. Lots of fun. I'm a 12-15 handicap. When you make par or birdie here you've earned it!
greens in great shape
course in great shape. fairways firm and fast. rough tough, thick but not overly long. pace of play excellent
nice greens
Great course ....some of the purest greens I have putted on. Courseis pretty fair in ddifficulty the ruff will swallow your ball.
good shape
the only bad thing I can say is that there were some sand traps that had standing water but you're not suppose to hit the ball in them anyway.
Great old country club to bad it's closing in 2014.
Great old country club to bad they are closing this golf course at the end of 2014.
Rough was pretty high but considering the weather and time of year condition to be expected
Greens were outstanding true and fast well maintained challenging course
Best greens period!!!!!!
The best greens you will find for public play in Columbus.
Wouldn't change a thing period.
This is one of the finest courses that one could play. It is in pristine condition, will challenge you on every shot, and will reward one's good play. There is not one thing I would change about it.
this course had very good greens and good fairways. No burnt pacthes anywhere.
The course was in very good shape with tee times well spaced and play moved along well. Conditions were better than most at this time of the yearand the bunkers are maintained.
Great old course
The course conditions was in perfect conditions. The greens were some of the best I played all year. The course is challenging without being overly difficult.
a fair layout
Riveria was in good shape for being early November. Fairways were full and the greens were a consistant speed. A great deal is why I played this course. Would play it again if the opportunity were to arise.
Play it!
Anytime you get the chance to play a private course you should. And Riviera popping up for less than $50 was a heck of a deal. The rough was thick and the greens were fast.
The course was in very good shape for end of season - and as always the green were running fast which keeps you on your toes.
The Riviera works very hard to keep the course in great shape. It is a challenging course to play but very enjoyable. Pace of play is excellent with very little slow play. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Well worth the cost.
