Timberview Golf Club
About
Timberview Golf Club rolls across a diverse landscape that is ideal for a challenging round. The rolling terrain is covered with mature trees, ponds, and creeks. There is a housing development surrounding the golf course, but the houses do not intrude into the game. The layout features seven holes that were carefully carved from the dense forests and fourteen holes with water hazards coming into play. The course has a good balance of player-friendly holes and more challenging holes. The wide fairways are well manicured and the undulating greens are medium in size. In addition to the water and trees, sand fiercely guards the greens on half of the holes. The layout is still gentle enough to appeal to beginners. Timberview also offers two practice putting greens.

Can only improve !
Hopefully , somebody buys this course and runs it seriously. Nice layout - but might be the roughest , worst cared for course within 100 miles ! Marysville area has nothing but money in it & these people haven’t figured out golfers’ dollars yet. Get a real greenskeeper & crew - we would actually pay more money . Right now $10 fees is $9 too much ! Years ago , a nice little course - gone to the dogs. Sad indeed.
Almost amazing
Other then having grass bunkers the course played very well and with having small greens it made me focus in and play better shots staff was very friendly as well
Price was right
Ladies tees are unfair for average lady’s forced carry to the fairways was too far. Need another set of ladies tees
A gem in Marysville Ohio
I was visiting the area and wanted to play a few holes, so I looked up local courses on Golfnow and Timberview came up.
It was a very pleasant experience. The pro-shop was very nice and the staff went out of their way to get me to the first tee box.
I can't wait to return to Ohio and visit them again!
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Earl H.
Value and fun layout
Some challenging holes, greens are tough, highly recommend this for the value. Its not a top end course but for its price its a highly recommend
Course being managed better this year. Greens were cut ( some patches brown).
Management working better at maintaining this course this year. Best dollar value on GolfNow app. $12- $20 , a great value. Friendly staff , happy to have you as a guest. Fast play at late morn or midday - twosome done in 3 hours with 18. Love that !
Fun course but not well maintained.
Hopefully they use the 90% increase in price to better maintain their course. Overall, a fun course and great staff.
Run down
Worst condition I've ever seen a golf course!
Nothing but weeds. Sand bunkers are weeds and no sand.
All landscaping is overgrown with weeds. Tree limbs scatter the course. You need a 4 wheel drive cart to get around. The cart path is like driving across a plowed field. You can't read the hole layout signs at the tee box's because they are so faded. Only seen two ball washers on 18 holes and both were dry. Tee boxes were covered with broken tees and were mostly dirt and sand. Every green had huge dead spots. The only good thing I can say about this course is the layout is challenging. Just needs better grounds keeping.
I would maybe pay 10$ to play here
This is probably the worse course I have ever played, the tee boxes were just dirt, cart paths were just mud, fairways were practically dirt. Greens were ok but I’ve seen fairways better than those greens. If this is your only option of golf don’t play it isn’t worth the money.
Decent for the $
Hard to find ball in rough as it isn’t mowed, and greens are basically like putting on carpet. For the $, it’s a good place to get some practice in and is pretty cheap. Was able to get through 9 holes in under an hour so pace of play was also nice.
Agree, need another set of ladies tees that need to be seeded, watered and sanded.
