Shamrock Golf Club

Fairways that are adjacent are way too close. Errant shots can easily end up on your fairways. I would not play here when they're busy since I would be afraid that errant tee shot might hit someone in our group.

Shamrock is inexpensive and you normally can play in 3-4 hours on a weekday.

First time there I had a bit of delay weather not there fault they gave me free range tokens and were super friendly great place to shoot a challenging game of golf...

Shamrock Golf club offers several challenges that make this course unique and fun to play again and again. Multiple-tiered greens, tee boxes with narrow approaches to the fairway or green, and water and bunkers placed in some precarious positions make this a course that will test your physical as well as mental game.
Shamrock Golf Club is not extremely long which makes it a fun experience for golfers of all ages and skill levels. Many of the fairways can be very forgiving and offer the chance for plenty of scoring opportunities. The greens are very well maintained which makes it easy to roll the rock; however, there are several with undulations that based on pin placement will challenge even the best of putters to get up and down.
Finally, the staff at Shamrock Golf Club is extremely friendly and always makes you feel right at home. There are many amenities to take advantage of: The driving range, the pitching and putting surfaces, the outdoor pavilion for outings, and the indoor bar and grill that compliments your round. For the value and the benefits that Shamrock offers it doesn't get much better.
In closing, I'd like to offer one final piece of advice: Lay up on the par 5 15th or this hole will own you.

This course has a variety of interesting holes even though it is on a very small piece of land. The greens are in pretty good shape and roll true. Only downside is you are often right next to other groups playing other holes, which can slow up play. This course is well priced for what you get and the staff is very friendly. Definitely worth at least one outing. I've played it 10-15 times.

Fairway were burnt up in large patches. Trees still down on the course from June storm. Bunkers hadn't been raked all year it looked like.

The crabgrass on the tee boxes was embaressing. Someone needs to donate them a few bags of weed & feed for there teee boxes at least. This course is in prime location and could be alot better than it is with just a little attention and effort.
